Yesterday I church I attended a conference that helped define peoples strength's through their top fve talent areas, it was called yelo. You take a survey by Strength Finders and you learn so much about yourself. Here is what I learned so far my top 5 Talents areas are as follows...
Achiever
People who are especially talented in the Achiever theme have a great deal of stamina and work hard. They take great satisfaction from being busy and productive.
Strategic
People who are especially talented in the Strategic theme create alternative ways to proceed. Faced with any given scenario, they can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues.
Activator
People who are especially talented in the Activator theme can make things happen by turning thoughts into action. They are often impatient.
Relator
People who are especially talented in the Relator theme enjoy close relationships with others. They find deep satisfaction in working hard with friends to achieve a goal.
Ideation
People who are especially talented in the Ideation theme are fascinated by ideas. They are able to find connections between seemingly disparate phenomena.
And now if anyone ever wondered why I am exhausted often, I think you have your answer! Oh, but how I love it!
