My Baby Loves Babies {11 months}
My baby loves babies and she is almost not a baby any more! I can’t believe that I am planning her first birthday party. I also can’t believe I only have a few pictures of her at 11 months taken from PhotoBooth after I got the idea from Char Char. She is becoming her own little person. I have started work and she has started day care. This change has made her love for her blanket(s). She is going to be a blankie girl. Which I don’t mind…she doesn’t do a pacifier, a thumb, or a bottle, so she needed something I think (well besides me…and yes I am still nursing). I have turned into the mom whose baby pulls down her shirt in public and signs and says “mama milk.” Speaking of speaking, Luella is quite the talker. Her is a list of words she had said more then once. Often times she just says them when you ask her to repeat them, but she is learning what things are more and more and saying them on her own, and of course only we can understand most of them…so her is the list (sorry this is her baby book, so you get to share in the records with us!)

She can point to her head, mouth, ears, nose and eyes. When you ask her to point to her tongue she sticks it out and back a couple of times. She can point to toes and likes to tickle other people’s feet. She is learning how to jump, with the help of the couch that climbs on to and runs from end to end. We are trying to teach her own to get down on the couch, as up in a much easier concept then down in for her.
She loves books. She will bring a book to me or her papa at least once every 5 to 10 minutes.
All her books have something to do with babies. She has three babies she really likes. She loves baby, real or fake. She hugs and kisses her babies, pats them on the back and was wrapping them in blankets at daycare just the other day. Any picture of a human being is baby.
She really is a little girl. She unpacks the diaper bag and packs it back up and tries to carry it around. She tries to put on me and her papa’s shoes.
She wants to do everything herself and if you try to help she moves your are out of the way and says don’t.
She tries to pick my mole of my neck when she is nursing.
She has 8 teeth. All on the right side on her mouth…four on top and for on bottom.
She does this weird hug, face down snow angel on her blanket as if she is trying to jump but on her stomach.
She loves waving bye, and loves giving kisses.
She like getting her way and will demand nothing less.
She is starting to talk paragraphs of gibberish, and I am pretty sure she has told me off a couple of times. She is experimenting with multiple spitting techniques.
She is starting to not like waking up in the morning and hates bright lights in her eyes.
She can’t decide if she like one nap or two, and still likes waking me up 1-2 times a night to eat and snuggle with mom.
She can navigate on an ipad (without purpose but still ends up on some game or video) and LOVES Yo Gabba Gabba. She loves to wiggle and bounce and dance.
She recently has taken interest in Elmo and Duck (and yes that is a princess duck).
Here are some of her favorite toys.
